AN ACT
To amend chapter 160, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to air quality in schools.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 160, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 160.663, to read as follows:
160.663. The department of health and senior services is authorized to receive and may investigate written complaints regarding indoor air quality made by any employee of any public school in the state. Upon receipt of such complaint, the department of health and senior services may investigate, determine the origin of the problem, and make recommendations to the school regarding mitigation of the problem.
