SB 391 - Under current law, a person in the City of St. Louis, St. Louis County, or Jackson County may file a nuisance action against a nearby property owner when the property owner fails to maintain his or her property. This act grants neighborhood organizations in the City of St. Louis standing to file these nuisance actions. This act is similar to provisions in CCS/SS/SCS/HCS/HB 58 (2005). SUSAN HENDERSON
