SCS/SB 302 - This act provides that the two St. Louis City school board members whose terms expire in April 2010 shall continue to serve until November 2010 when their successors are elected. Thereafter, the election date for those two members shall be the general election date in November, rather than the municipal election date in April. JIM ERTLE
