SB 474 - This act requires the addition of two state licensed real estate appraisers to each county Board of Equalization. Each state tax commissioner who serves on or after August 13, 2006 must also be a state licensed real estate appraiser and prepare and submit to the governor, a report on the progress and status of the statewide reassessment program. Compensation will be provided to each state commissioner for preparing and submitting the progress report. JASON ZAMKUS
