SB 371 - This act prohibits members of the general assembly from accepting gifts from lobbyists. The prohibition may be satisfied by reimbursing the lobbyist for the gift within 30 days of obtaining actual knowledge that reimbursement is required. The act also provides that members of the General Assembly shall be reimbursed at 100% of the federal per diem, rather than the current 80%. JIM ERTLE
