HB 127 - This act limits the attendance fees that fire protection district board members can receive for attending board meetings to one per calendar week. This act is similar to certain provisions of CCS/SS/SCS/HCS/HB 58 (2005) & CCS/HCS/SS/SCS/SB 210 (2005).
