SCR 41 - This resolution requests that the President of the United States direct both the Fish and Wildlife Service as well as the Army Corps of Engineers to develop a new plan for operating the Missouri river; a plan that does not necessarily call for the current "spring rise" and "summer low flow" that has been harmful to Missouri's economy.
