AN ACT
To repeal section 227.340, RSMo, and to enact in lieu thereof one new section relating to the George Washington Carver Memorial Highway.
Section A. Section 227.340, RSMo, is repealed and one new section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 227.340, to read as follows:
227.340. The portion of interstate highway 44 contained in a [county of the first classification with more than one hundred four thousand six hundred but less than one hundred four thousand seven hundred inhabitants and a] county of the second classification with more than fifty-two thousand six hundred but less than fifty-two thousand seven hundred inhabitants shall be designated as the "George Washington Carver Memorial Highway".
