AN ACT
To amend chapter 88, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to condemnation proceedings for towns and villages.
Section A. Chapter 88, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 88.011, to read as follows:
88.011. Any town or village located within a county with a charter form of government and with more than one million inhabitants may exercise any power contained in sections 88.010 to 88.073 and sections 88.667 to 88.773.
