AN ACT
To amend chapter 164, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the creation of a subdistrict for taxing purposes in the Kansas City school district.
Section A. Chapter 164, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 164.215, to read as follows:
164.215. The segment of an urban school district containing the greater portion of a home rule city with more than four hundred thousand inhabitants and located in more than one county that is located in any home rule city with more than one hundred thirteen thousand two hundred but less than one hundred thirteen thousand three hundred inhabitants shall be considered a subdistrict of the urban school district and shall be controlled and administered by the urban school district in all ways except that the subdistrict shall levy an operating levy for school purposes of not more than three dollars and seventy-five cents after all adjustments and reductions on each one hundred dollars assessed valuation of the district.
