AN ACT
To amend chapter 260, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to dry-cleaning facilities, with an expiration date.
Section A. Chapter 260, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 260.963, to read as follows:
260.963. The provisions of sections 260.900 to 260.963 shall expire on August 28, 2012.
