AN ACT
To amend chapter 215, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the abolishment of the Missouri housing development commission.
Section A. Chapter 215, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 215.025, to read as follows:
215.025. Beginning January 1, 2005, the Missouri housing development commission, created and established by section 215.020, is hereby abolished. The management and oversight by the Missouri housing development commission of all operations, programs, or activities prescribed by law shall cease on or before such date. Beginning January 1, 2005, all operations, programs, or activities formerly conducted by the Missouri housing development commission shall be transferred to the director of the department of economic development.
