AN ACT

To amend chapter 172, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the president of the University of Missouri system.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:

Section A. Chapter 172, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 172.345, to read as follows:

172.345. The president of the University of Missouri system shall preside over all four campuses of the system and under no circumstance shall the president serve as, or act as, the chancellor of any individual campus in the system.
