SB 702 - This act requires the University of Missouri's Board of Curators to make policy decisions by means of a roll-call vote. Further, the act directs the secretary of the board to include in the journal any motions and supporting details which concern any vote of the board which affects university policy, including the names of those curators voting aye and those voting no.
