SJR 37 - This proposed constitutional amendment
eliminates non-highway agencies from receiving highway
revenues over a five-year period. The Department of
Transportation and the state highway patrol are exempt from
this elimination. This proposal will go into effect the first
fiscal year after the voters approve the resolution.
