SB 1392 - This act states that Section 334.253, RSMo, shall
not be construed to prohibit the employment of physical
therapists in rehabilitation facilities that are affiliated with
not-for-profit organizations or hospitals and that are accredited
by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.
