SB 1359 - The act extends the statute of limitations for sexual offenses involving a person eighteen years old or younger from ten to twenty years unless the prosecution is for forcible rape, attempted forcible rape, forcible sodomy, or attempted forcible sodomy; in which case, the prosecution may begin at any time.

The act is identical to HB 1505 (2004). This act is similar to provisions contained in CCS/SS/HCS/HB 1055 (TAT).
