SB 1325 - This act modifies the law regarding visitation rights for grandparents.

New language specifies that grandparents have the right to file a motion for modification of a dissolution decree to seek visitation rights when:

-visitation has been denied to them; or

-there is only one surviving parent and they deny reasonable visitation to the grandparents; or

-the child has resided in the grandparent's home for at least six months within the year that the petition was filed; and

-they are unreasonably denied visitation for longer than ninety days.
