SB 1258 - Under this act, a person commits the crime of kidnapping by unlawfully removing a child under the age of fourteen without the consent of his or her guardian or parent from the place where he or she is found or by unlawfully confining a child under the age of fourteen without the consent of his or her parent or guardian for a substantial period of time.

This act is similar to CCS/HS/HB 1487 (TAT).
