SCS/SB 547 - This act modifies the salary schedule for county clerks in all counties not of the first classification.

The act removes one of the two salary schedules from the law setting salaries of county treasurers in Jackson County, and in second, third and fourth class counties. The schedule being removed had a lower minimum and maximum salary range than the one left in statute.
