SB 213 - Supreme Court Rule 58.02 pertains to the formation of class actions.

This act provides that a court of appeals may permit an appeal from an order granting or denying class action certification. Any such appeal does not stay proceeding in circuit court unless the circuit judge or court of appeals so orders.

This act makes Rule 58.02 substantially similar to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23.
