AN ACT
To amend chapter 389, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the designation of official Missouri railroads.
Section A. Chapter 389, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 389.1020, to read as follows:
389.1020. Any railroad which transverses the boundaries of Missouri and is domiciled within Missouri may be designated by the division of tourism as an official Missouri railroad.
