AN ACT

To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to a memorial highway.


Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:

Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.336, to read as follows:

227.336. The thirteen and one-half mile portion of U.S. highway 60, also known as the James River Freeway, from its intersection with U.S. highway 65, west to its connection with state route 360, following northwest to its intersection with interstate highway 44, shall be designated the "Korea War Veterans' Memorial Freeway".
