AN ACT
To amend chapter 320, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to access of fire protection entities to a water supply.
Section A.Chapter 320, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 320.095, to read as follows:
320.095.Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any water corporation, municipality, or public water supply district established under chapter 247, RSMo, shall allow access to its supply of water during an emergency to a fire protection district, city fire department or any other entity pr
