AN ACT
To amend chapter 208, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to children with special health care needs.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
Section A.Chapter 208, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 208.647, to read as follows:
208.647.Any child identified as having special health care needs, defined as a condition which left untreated would result in the death or serious physical injury of a child, that does not have access to affordable employer-subsidized health care insurance shall not be required to be without health care coverage for six months in order to be eligible for services pursuant to sections 208.631 to 208.657 and shall not be subject to the waiting period required pu
