SB 568 - This act requires children to be at least eight
years of age, four feet four inches in height, and 60 pounds in
weight to ride as a passenger on a motorcycle or motortricycle.
Any person convicted of transporting a child not meeting these
requirements is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
