SS#2/SB 650 - This act removes the statute of limitations for the crimes of forcible rape, attempted forcible rape, forcible sodomy, and attempted forcible sodomy so that a prosecution may be commenced at any time when a suspect is apprehended, provided that a legal complaint, police report or medical evidence must be documented within three years of the alleged incident.

This act contains an emergency clause.
