AN ACT
To amend chapter 376, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to health carriers.
Section A. Chapter 376, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 376.815, to read as follows:
376.815. No health carrier, as defined in section 376.1350 shall change its drug formulary except at the beginning of each policy annual anniversary date. A health carrier, however, may add new prescription drugs to its formulary during such period. No health carrier shall increase an enrollee's co-payment, co-insurance or other out-of-pocket expense for formulary drugs except at the beginning of each policy annual anniversary date.
