SB 976 - This act requires one member of the Board of Health
to be a chiropractor. Currently, Section 191.400, RSMo, creates
the State Board of Health and requires that three members must be
persons other than those licensed by the Board of Registration
for the Healing Arts or the Missouri Dental Board. This act
requires that, of those three, one of the members must be a
licensed chiropractic physician and two must be persons other
than those licensed by Healing Arts, the Missouri Dental Board,
or the Missouri State Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
