SB 917 - This act allows the Division of Family Services to
request license-exempt foster care facilities to provide reasons
in support of the claimed exemption. Currently, Section 210.516,
RSMo, states that the Division shall not require such information
from foster homes, residential care facilities, or child placing
agencies. This act allows the Division to do so.
