SB 730 - This act requires insurance companies to cover
treatment for overweight and obese persons. A new Section
376.784 is created and requires all insurance plans to notify
policyholders of the availability of such coverage. Nothing in
this section will restrict any existing coverage nor will it
allow limits of liability for coverage for overweight or obesity.
