SB 1261 - This act authorizes the governing body of St. Louis to abate the property owner's dwelling at the owner's expense after a child has been identified as having an elevated blood level. The city may issue fines and penalties, attach a property lien on the owner's real property or publicize the owner's noncompliance with the local papers on a weekly basis. These remedies are in addition to those provided by law.
