SB 1168 - This act authorizes the Governor to grant a clear zone easement for the airspace above property managed by the National Guard to the City of Lebanon.
This act also authorizes the Governor to convey certain
state property in Cole County to the General Services
Administration or the Missouri Development Finance Board in
return for property of like value.
