SCS/HB 2080 - This act provides that in counties that, after
August 28, 2001, elect to have a full-time prosecuting attorney
may at any time elect to have that position qualify for the same
retirement benefit as counties of the first classification. The
election must be made by a majority vote of the county commission
and once made is irrevocable.
