HB 1674 - This act requires public retirement plans to
submit copies of proposed rules to the Joint Committee on Public
Employee Retirement at the same time the notice of rulemaking is
filed with the Secretary of State. If the plan is not required
to file the proposed rulemaking with the Secretary of State, the
rule must be filed with the Joint Committee within ten days of
promulgation.
