Born July 17, 1963, in Hamilton, Ohio. Educated at University of Missouri-Columbia (A.B., biology); Regent University, Virginia (M.A., public policy; J.D.).

He is an attorney at law. Married Cheryl O'Donnell in Worcester, Mass. They have five children.
