AN ACT
To amend chapter 455, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to restraining orders for juveniles.
Section A. Chapter 455, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 455.580, to read as follows:
455.580. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, a court of competent jurisdiction may issue a restraining order against persons less than eighteen years of age if it would be appropriate to issue the restraining order if the person was at least eighteen years of age, unless such order is requested by the custodial parent of such child.
