AN ACT
To amend chapter 252, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to damages caused by wild elk to motor vehicles.
Section A. Chapter 252, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 252.035, to read as follows:
252.035. The department of conservation shall be financially responsible for damages caused by wild elk to motor vehicles when such vehicles are involved in a collision with a wild elk and any personal injuries sustained due to a vehicle collision with an elk.
