AN ACT
To amend chapter 196, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to beverage manufacturers.
Section A. Chapter 196, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 196.367, to read as follows:
196.367. Any manufacturer or distributor shall be exempted by the director from the provisions of sections 196.365 to 196.445 if the manufacturer or distributor has received approval after a federal food safety inspection and if the manufacturer or distributor satisfies all applicable Food and Drug Administration regulations.
