AN ACT
To amend chapter 376, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to health insurance claims reports.
Section A. Chapter 376, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 376.396, to read as follows:
376.396. Upon written request, and no less than once each policy year, every insurer issuing a group policy in this state shall provide the group policyholder with an annual written report detailing all claims paid by the insurer for that policy.
