SB 437 - This act provides that courts shall decline to exercise jurisdiction on any case accruing outside the circuit in which the court is located if there is a more convenient forum with jurisdiction.

Factors relevant to this determination are: the place of accrual of the cause of action; the location of witnesses and sources of proof; residence of the parties; and the burden upon the court, taxpayers, and citizens of the county in which the action was filed.
