SB 216 - This act clarifies that "at least" five members of the State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts shall be graduates of professional schools approved and accredited as reputable by the American Medical Association or the Liaison Committee on Medical Education and "at least" two members shall be graduates of professional schools approved and accredited as reputable by the American Osteopathic Association.
This act is similar to SB 921 (2000).
