SB 211 - No driver of a motor vehicle may operate a sound amplification system which can be heard from a distance of 100 or more feet. Exemptions are made for law enforcement vehicles, emergency vehicles, utilities, parades and special events. Failure to comply with provisions of this act is an infraction.
This act is similar to SB 770 (2000).
