SB 167 - This act modifies the licensure of persons dealing with lead-bearing substances. It clarifies that any person who engages in or conducts lead-bearing substance activities must complete a Department of Health- or United States Environmental Protection Agency-accredited training program and must be licensed by the Department. A new subsection is added requiring the Director of the Department of Health to assess fees for licenses and accreditation. All collected fees will be credited to the Missouri Public Health Services Fund, established by Section 192.900.
