SB 156 - This act modifies alcohol licensing and reporting procedures through the Department of Public Safety. Current law is a holdover from Prohibition. This provision removes outdated language and allows felons to serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcohol licensees no longer have to report felon employees to the Department of Public Safety.
