grounds and prohibits the use of this share for salaries or
portions of salaries.  This bill allows a district's 50% share
of funding to be used for those salaries or portions of salaries
directly related to approved maintenance and repair projects.

available to them.

Testifying for the bill were Representative Abel; and Jefferson
College.

OPPONENTS:  There was no opposition voiced to the committee.
