AN ACT
To amend chapter 135, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to taxation.
Section A. Chapter 135, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 135.094, to read as follows:
135.094. The department shall review the returns of individual taxpayers who have not applied for the credit authorized in section 135.095 and shall notify any qualified applicant of the applicant's potential eligibility.
