AN ACT
To amend chapter 115, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to elections.
Section A. Chapter 115, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 115.710, to read as follows:
115.710. No political subdivision shall submit the same question to the voters more than one time per calendar year. The provisions of this section shall not apply to statewide ballot issues.
