AN ACT
To amend chapter 620, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to tourist information centers in certain counties.
Section A. Chapter 620, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 620.456, to read as follows:
620.456. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 620.455, or any other provision of law to the contrary, the tourism commission shall name any Missouri tourist information center located on interstate highway 29 in any county of the third classification without a township form of government and having a population of more than seven thousand four hundred but less than seven thousand five hundred inhabitants as the "Hardin C. Cox Missouri Information Center".
