AN ACT

To authorize the conveyance of state property to the city of Nevada, Missouri.


Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:

Section 1.  The governor is hereby authorized to remise, release and forever quit claim the following described property to the City of Nevada, Missouri.  The property currently utilized by the Nevada Habilitation Center as a storage building formerly known as the Client Union/Cafeteria at Nevada Habilitation Center to be conveyed is more particularly described as follows: "The estimated size of the total land including building to be sold is 114.52 feet (east and west sides) by 348.12 feet (north and south sides), containing approximately .91 acres."

Section 2.  Consideration for the conveyance shall be as negotiated by the parties.

Section 3.  The attorney general shall approve as to form the instrument of conveyance.
